Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily operations for the local branch, ensuring brand standards and high service quality.
Manage P&L, analyze operational data, and drive profitability strategies.
Lead, mentor, and support frontline staff and management team members.
Maintain consistent operational processes through ongoing training, communication, and audits.
Engage with the local community and represent the company in local events and partnerships.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Direct experience managing a P&L budget.
Proven track record in sales, operations management, training, and data analytics.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Education/Experience: Bachelor?s degree OR 5?10 years of experience in a related operational field.
Leadership: Minimum of 3?5 years in a supervisory or management role.
Tech Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office, digital forms, mobile applications, and cloud-based systems.
Licensing & Health: Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record, plus the ability to obtain a Medical Examiner?s Certificate.
Core Competencies: Strong organizational, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
