Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Hands-on experience with Hardscape Management, Decorative Concrete, Pool Plumbing, and Light Electrical Installation.
-Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think outside the box.
-A natural teacher who can mentor and elevate the skills of the crew.
Proven ability in cost mitigation and reducing waste on job sites.
Professional email and phone etiquette.

Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
-3 to 5 years of proven leadership and supervisory experience.
-Must be able to work in and handle extreme Florida heat and weather conditions.
-Physical ability to frequently lift heavy weights and perform demanding labor.
-Strong background in budget control and keeping projects on track and on plan.
-Experience completing and enforcing Site Review Checklists.
-Excellent customer service skills for on-site client interactions.
-Commitment to learning and completing continuing education.
-Valid Driver's License.
