Responsibilities:
Health & Safety Oversight
???Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific health and safety policies and procedures.
???Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
???Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
???Keep safety records, training logs, and incident reports accurate and up to date.
Emergency First Aid & Medical Response
???Serve as the first responder to all medical incidents, administering immediate care and stabilizing patients until emergency services arrive.
???Utilize the medical treatment suite to provide advanced first aid, including wound care, splinting, burn treatment, hydration therapy, CPR, and AED operation.
???Maintain the treatment suite in a state of readiness, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in working order and fully stocked.
???Respond effectively to incidents ranging from minor injuries to severe medical emergencies.

???Monitor weather conditions and adjust work schedules or practices accordingly.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
--EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) certification or higher.
--OSHA 30-hour certification.
--Experience in accident investigation and root cause analysis.
--Familiarity with Procore or similar safety documentation software.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
???Minimum 3 years??? experience in a health and safety role, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or industrial settings.
???Certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED (Defibrillator) operation.
???Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety protocols.
???Experience with heat safety programs and weather-related workplace risk management.
???Proven ability to remain calm and take decisive action in emergencies.
???Strong training, communication, and documentation skills.
