-Familiarity with facility maintenance systems, vendor management, and emergency preparedness.

-Ability to work a flexible schedule (including split shifts, evenings, and emergency on-call availability) and reside on-site.
-Valid Florida driver???s license and acceptable driving record.
-Ability to pass a standard background check.
