Physical Demands & Work Environment
Prolonged standing and walking across resort grounds.
Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and stair climbing.
Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and linen bundles weighing approximately 25 to 40 pounds.
Ability to push and pull housekeeping carts and floor care equipment.
Capability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
Comfort working indoors and outdoors under varying weather conditions, with regular exposure to cleaning products, dust, and damp environments.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Clean, sanitize, and maintain rental cabins, rental RVs, clubhouse, activity building, laundromat, restrooms, bathhouses, and other designated facilities.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize all floors and surfaces.
Clean and thoroughly disinfect bathrooms, showers, sinks, toilets, and fixtures.
Change and make beds, replacing all linens, towels, and guest amenities.
Clean kitchens, appliances, countertops, cabinets, and dining spaces in rental units.
Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
Inspect accommodations for cleanliness, damages, missing items, or maintenance needs, reporting issues promptly to management.
Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, toiletries, and guest provisions.
Keep assigned common areas, offices, and recreation facilities tidy and welcoming.
Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely according to established safety procedures.
Assist with seasonal turnovers and deep-cleaning projects as scheduled.
Prepare rental units for incoming arrivals to guarantee resort standards are met.
Maintain organized housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and equipment areas.
Safeguard member property and respect guest privacy at all times.
Turn in and document lost-and-found items following resort procedures.
Collaborate closely with maintenance, front office, grounds, and campground staff.
Handle special cleaning assignments or urgent cleaning requests as directed by the Park Manager.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Previous experience in housekeeping, hotels, campgrounds, or the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required.
