-Maintains pristine standards across guestrooms and public areas (lobbies, lounges, dining, and meeting spaces) through routine cleaning, scheduled deep cleans, and cycle projects.-Conducts daily space audits and fulfills monthly quotas for quarterly room inspections to consistently uphold brand excellence. -Evaluates the condition of furniture, fixtures, and decor, offering recommendations and support for property rehabilitation and pre-opening initiatives.- Delivers regular training to housekeeping and public area teams while exemplifying company culture and values. -Coordinates daily with cross-functional teams, especially the Front Desk, to enhance guest service and streamline resort operations.-Change bed linens, make beds, and restock amenities or supplies as needed.-Empty trash containers and transport waste to designated disposal areas.-Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.

-No prior experience needed, hands-on training is provided, The willingness to learn and being open to receiving feedback and adopting established cleaning method-Attention to Detail: Ability to spot small details and maintain high quality standards.-Education: High school or equivalent education required; University degree or College diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset.-Florida Driver???s License or the ability to obtain one.-Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to work with maximum accuracy, efficiency, and a high degree of attention to detail.-Strong team player with the ability to maintain a calm, courteous demeanor under pressure.-Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.-Team Player: Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
