Responsibilities:
Coordinate the interviewing schedule between candidates and hiring managers.
Facilitate the entire onboarding process, including paperwork, facility tours, and system setups.
Assist with employee relations initiatives, including events, recognition programs, and conflict resolution support.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS updates with strict confidentiality.
Ensure all paperwork meets legal and company standards.
Serve as a primary contact for general inquiries regarding benefits and policies.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviewing rounds to identify top talent.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or HR Administration.
Familiarity with HRIS systems or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Experience supporting employee relations initiatives or engagement programs.
Knowledge of HR policies, employment law basics, and onboarding processes.
Ability to conduct initial candidate screenings or phone interviews.
HR certification or progress toward certification (such as PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience coordinating schedules and managing administrative tasks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation.
