As an onsite HR Representative, you will be the go-to resource for associate support and plant effectiveness. You'll handle everything from policy interpretation to payroll liaison duties, ensuring the facility runs smoothly and stays compliant.
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $32.00/hr based on experience.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1st Shift).
Duration: Approximately 5 weeks with potential for extension.
Responsibilities:
Policy & Compliance: Interpret and apply federal/state laws and corporate policies.
Associate Relations: Assist with investigations, resolve personnel complaints, and plan associate events.
Training & Onboarding: Lead new hire orientations and coordinate site-wide training sessions.
Administration: Maintain accurate personnel records (hires, terminations, attendance) and prepare HR/Safety reports.
Payroll Support: Serve as the primary bridge between local associates and the Payroll Department.

Education: Associate degree in Human Relations or a related field (Required).
Experience: 1???3 years of HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing or sales environment.
