This role is responsible for supporting the Ogden, UT manufacturing plant's Human Resources operations by managing employee records, processing payroll, and providing support for employee relations and policy compliance to foster an engaging work environment.

Perform accurate biweekly payroll activities for both union and non-union employees, including timecard verification and adjustments.
Maintain precise employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems, including Workday.
Partner with HR and Operations teams to support recruiting, onboarding, and orientation for hourly associates.
Assist employees with timely and accurate resolution of inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and attendance.
Support initiatives, community outreach programs, and site projects that enhance the overall employee experience and culture.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Experience in a manufacturing and/or union environment.
Proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems such as Workday and Dimensions (UKG).
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of HR experience.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a must.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in documentation and records.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
