Location: Baton Rouge, LA
Pay Rate: $16.00 / hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Evaluate customer needs, recommend the right HVAC products, and clearly communicate features, benefits, and warranty information.
Inventory Management: Ensure proper stocking of client-branded and other HVAC-related supplies on the showroom floor.
Logistics: Assist with unloading incoming product deliveries and maintaining an organized counter area.
Safety: Strictly follow all company safety, health, security, and environmental standards.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
HVAC Expertise: General, foundational knowledge of HVAC parts, tools, and equipment is highly preferred to best assist our clientele.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
Tech Savvy: Good computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Physical Stamina: Ability to safely and repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
