Responsibilities:
Document Preparation: Perform accurate document prep, including sorting, removing staples, and scanning hardcopy files to create high-quality electronic images.
Compliance & Tracking: Maintain strict record order and sequence, complete all required internal documentation, and ensure a clean work environment.
Collaboration: Adhere to Imaging Center procedures and communicate personal production updates and job-specific questions with management and personnel.
Working hours: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Technical Skills: Familiarity with PCs and computer-related products.
Attention to Detail: Demonstrated understanding of the importance of accuracy and detail.
Communication: Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Work Style: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision at a sustained pace to meet production targets.
Flexibility: Acceptance of change and ability to focus on long-duration project assignments.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
