Work Schedule: Shifts will be 8 hours, 5 days per week.
Availability Window: Sunday - Saturday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Flexibility: Candidates must be flexible to work during this entire time frame.
Responsibilities:
Respond to calls with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
Consistently meet key department performance metrics.
Provide functional support across areas including:
Cash Management products and services.
Online (client website) and Mobile app support.
General account or financial related inquiries.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
College Degree.
Previous Contact Center Experience.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center.
