Responsibilities:
Verify Inbound Shipments: Unload freight and cross-reference Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and UPCs against physical products.
Audit & Count Freight: Perform physical piece-counts using basic math to ensure exact carton totals match receiving documentation.
System Data Entry: Scan barcodes and log received inventory accurately into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) using RF devices or computers.
Flag Shipment Errors: Identify, document, and report shortages, overages, damages, or incorrect items to team leadership immediately.
Sort & Rebuild Pallets: Sort cartons by UPC, rebuild unstable or damaged pallets, and stage items safely in designated receiving zones.
Maintain Safety & Dock Standards: Keep active dock areas clean and organized while adhering to all OSHA rules and safe lifting practices.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
WMS & RF Scanner Proficiency: Prior experience using enterprise Warehouse Management Systems and handheld RF barcode scanners.
Prior Receiving or Inventory Experience: 1?2+ years specifically in inbound warehouse receiving, freight audit, or inventory control rather than general warehouse labor.
Quality Control & Damage Inspection Experience: Background in conducting formal product quality audits, identifying factory defects, or handling formal return-to-vendor processes.

Documentation Literacy: Ability to read, interpret, and cross-reference Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, purchase orders, and freight receipts.
Basic Business Math: Quick mental multiplication and addition to accurately verify carton counts on tiered pallets.
UPC & Inventory Matching: Skilled at verifying exact UPCs, part numbers, and stock codes against paperwork to prevent inventory mismatches.
Data Entry & System Proficiency: Basic computer literacy to enter receiving data, operate inventory software, or use handheld RF scanners.
Discrepancy Reporting: Ability to identify and document shortages, overages, concealed damage, or incorrect shipments.
