Responsibilities:

Manage janitorial responsibilities by restocking supplies, sanitizing restrooms, and ensuring common areas are tidy and hygienic.
Support industrial cleaning activities by handling heavy-duty tasks like equipment sanitation and spill cleanup to promote safety and efficiency.
Assist with facilities maintenance duties including minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and general upkeep to ensure the environment remains functional and appealing.
Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of custodial responsibilities.

Skills:
Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning environments with a great understanding of janitorial procedures.

Knowledge of custodial practices including sanitation standards for restrooms and common areas.

Experience with porter duties or custodial roles in industrial settings demonstrating reliability and attention to detail.
Great work ethic with the ability to follow safety guidelines diligently while operating cleaning tools and equipment.
