Responsibilities:
Advanced Electrical Troubleshooting: High-level diagnostics and repair of production machinery, with a specific focus on 24v systems and Siemens PLC environments.
Drive & Motor Maintenance: Perform 3-phase motor replacements and maintain gearboxes and drive systems.
Instrumentation & Controls: Maintain and calibrate critical instrumentation systems, including pressure sensors and safety interlocks.
Mechanical Upkeep: Manage belt tensioning systems and general mechanical repairs to minimize waste and downtime.
Safety Leadership: Act as a safety advocate by chairing safety boards, ensuring Hot Work permits and Work Orders are documented, and adhering to all environmental standards.
Preventative Care: Execute scheduled PMs using manuals, blueprints, and schematics to ensure peak machine performance.

Qualifications:
Electrical Expertise: Strong proficiency in 24v circuitry, 3-phase power, and instrumentation/sensor maintenance.
PLC Knowledge: Practical experience troubleshooting in a Siemens PLC environment.
Schematic Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and blueprints for diagnosing equipment failures.
Problem Solving: A logic-based approach to identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Safety Acumen: Proven history of following strict safety guidelines and holding others accountable for safe operation.
Experience: Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is required. (Note: Welding and fabrication skills are NOT required for this role).
