Schedule & Compensation:
Typical Hours: Standard shifts generally begin around 7:00 AM for an 8-hour workday.
Weekly Commitment: Enjoy a consistent schedule with built-in opportunity for overtime, typically averaging between 40 to 48 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Conduit & Infrastructure Installation: Plan, bend, and run conduit sizes ranging from 1", 11/4", 2", to 3" to support campus expansions and equipment relocations.
Power Distribution & Tie-ins: Size wiring accurately for voltage drops and length of runs per NFPA 70 standards.
Safely tie new production machinery and heavy equipment directly into switchgear and 480V 3-phase power distribution systems.
System Design & Analysis: Interpret, update, and complete complex electrical one-line diagrams utilizing arc flash analysis software.
Preventative Power Maintenance: Execute scheduled testing and inspections on critical infrastructure, including switchgear, transformers, and emergency backup generators to mitigate downtime.
Safety Leadership: Ensure all electrical craftsmanship strictly meets NEC standards and complies with OSHA, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), and NFPA 70E safety protocols.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Licensure: Valid Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent trade school certification.
Software Familiarity: Practical experience utilizing Arc Flash evaluation/modeling software.
Regulated Environments: Prior experience working within strict environment protocols (e.g., medical component or pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities).

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an industrial or commercial electrician, ideally within a manufacturing, heavy industrial, or strictly regulated environment.
Code Mastery: Deep working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and NFPA 70 guidelines for sizing, grounding, and routing.
Technical Literacy: Advanced capability in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and architectural layouts.
Diagnostic Tools: Proficiency using specialized industrial diagnostic equipment, including multimeters and megohmmeters.
Physical Capabilities: Comfort climbing ladders, working in tight spaces, and standing for extended periods on a massive physical campus.
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
