Responsibilities:
Execute deep-cleaning procedures across the plant floor, including sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping heavy-traffic areas.
Detail and sanitize shared facilities, including restrooms, breakrooms, and lunchrooms, ensuring proper restocking of supplies.
Clean and dust facility infrastructure, warehouse racks, and surrounding equipment areas.
Collaborate with 3rd shift leadership to complete seasonal facility upkeep projects efficiently.
Maintain safety and sanitation standards in accordance with plant guidelines.
Working hours: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Skills:
Strong work ethic and attention to detail when following facility checklists.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during overnight hours.
Clear communication skills and a willingness to learn on the job.
Positive attitude and strong team-player mindset.
Qualifications:
Minimal previous experience needed; full step-by-step training is provided on site.
Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform light lifting throughout the shift.
Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening (including THC).
