Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical components.Troubleshoot complex machinery issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and precision measuring instruments.Read electrical blueprints and schematics to accurately diagnose problems within electrical systems and implement effective solutions.Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, maintenance history, and inventory management.Conduct equipment troubleshooting using engineering troubleshooting techniques and repair machinery with welding (stick welding), electrical repairs, or component replacement as needed.Operate scissor lifts or other aerial platforms safely for elevated maintenance tasks.Collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), control circuits, and automation systems to enhance operational efficiency.Maintain excellent customer service by communicating clearly with team members and supporting production needs promptly.

Proven industrial mechanic experience within manufacturing facilities or similar environments.Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair, troubleshooting pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and reading schematics.Proficiency in electrical diagnostics including electrical troubleshooting, blueprint reading, and using multimeters (voltmeter, ammeter) and other diagnostic tools.Experience with CMMS software for maintenance management is highly preferred.Ability to operate scissor lifts safely; certification is a plus.Knowledge of HVAC/R systems or HVAC experience is advantageous but not mandatory.Skilled in welding techniques such as stick welding for repair tasks.Familiarity with industrial electrician practices including electrical system diagnostics and maintenance.Excellent analysis skills to identify root causes of equipment failures quickly.Communication skills in English to effectively document work orders and collaborate with team members.Valid driver's license or certification for operating aerial lifts or similar equipment preferred.
