industrial maintenance mechanic.

Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery and mechanical equipment, including
cranes, cnc machinery, plasma tables, band saws, forklifts, and other production
equipment.
Complete preventive maintenance according to established schedules, manufacturer
recommendations, operating manuals, diagrams, and engineering specifications.
Diagnose equipment problems by observing machinery in operation, listening for unusual
conditions, and using appropriate testing and precision measuring instruments.
Remove, repair, replace, and install defective or worn mechanical components using hand
tools, power tools, hoists, cranes, and other equipment. Some lifting may be necessary.
Inspect worn parts and determine necessary repairs or replacement by using rules,
calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
Adjust and align equipment and components using levels, straightedges, plumb bobs, and
other appropriate tools.
Work proactively to identify potential equipment issues before they result in costly
downtime or production interruptions.
Communicate effectively with production personnel regarding equipment condition,
preventive maintenance requirements, and safe operating practices.
Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance parts, tools, equipment, and supplies;
identify shortages and assist with ordering and receiving materials.
Document completed maintenance, repairs, equipment issues, and continuing
maintenance needs accurately and promptly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following company
procedures, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
Continue developing technical knowledge and mechanical skills through training, hands-
on experience, and technical resources.
Work independently while also contributing positively to the overall maintenance and
production team.
Perform other related duties as needed to support company operations.

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Extensive mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
Experience working with production machinery, hydraulic systems, motors, pneumatic
systems, cranes, hoists, and related industrial equipment preferred.
Ability to read and understand technical manuals, equipment documentation, diagrams,
and schematics.
Basic mechanical hand and power tools required; applicants must own tools.
Must be available to work overtime as needed.
