You will handle a variety of tasks every day, ensuring that no two shifts are exactly the same. Your primary focus will be the reliability and safety of production machinery: Diagnostic Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical issues to ensure food-safe repairs. Preventative & Predictive Maintenance: Conduct routine checks and data-driven maintenance to stay ahead of equipment failure. Facility Support: Maintain and optimize all production equipment within a high-speed food manufacturing environment.

Skills:
- Vocational/tech school would be great
-Prior experience in fabrication, machining, or basic electrical work is highly preferred
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-High School diploma/GED required
-A strong drive to learn
-Excellent communication skills
-A solid foundation in using basic hand tools
-Mindset: A "get-it-done" attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, union shop environment
