Execute scheduled preventative maintenance routines on automated production machinery to ensure operational continuity.
Troubleshoot and repair complex failures in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Analyze technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals to locate and resolve equipment malfunctions.
Perform regular facility inspections to detect potential mechanical failures before they cause downtime.
Assist engineering teams with the installation and calibration of new industrial assets.
Maintain detailed logs of repairs and ensure all work adheres to site safety protocols and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Proven history in an industrial maintenance role (3+ years preferred).
Technical Aptitude: Strong troubleshooting skills regarding hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical motor controls.
Precision Measurement: Must be proficient in industrial math (metric conversion) and the use of precision tools (calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators).
Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for the duration of the shift.
Education: Technical certification or Associate degree in Industrial Technology is highly preferred.
