Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plastic injection molding equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters.
Replace worn or damaged parts, including welding components
Assist in the setup and calibration of molds to ensure precision in production processes.
Support field service activities and collaborate with manufacturing teams to minimize downtime and improve machine reliability.
Working hours: 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM

Qualifications:
Proven industrial mechanic experience within a manufacturing facility environment.
Knowledge of hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and mechanical troubleshooting methods.
Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and control diagrams effectively.
Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
Excellent analysis skills to diagnose issues quickly and accurately under pressure.
Ability to operate forklifts
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly in English across diverse teams.
