Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate plastics injection molding machines, ensuring proper calibration and alignment for optimal performance.
Monitor machine operation throughout the production cycle, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on injection molding equipment
Inspect finished parts for defects or inconsistencies, documenting findings and initiating corrective actions when needed.
Support fabrication processes such as plastics extrusion, blow molding, and assembly tasks to meet production goals efficiently.
Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.
Maintain accurate records of production data, quality checks, and machine maintenance logs in compliance with company standards.
Working hours: 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM

Qualifications:
Proven experience operating injection molding machines within a manufacturing environment.
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments.

Excellent hand tool skills for assembly and minor repairs on equipment or components.
Ability to stand 8 to 10 hours daily
Ability to work repetitive/non repetitive with hand movement
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
