Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities
Pipeline Management: Manage a high volume of outbound and inbound leads with the same precision you?d use to manage a 10-table station.
Consultative Selling: Identify client pain points and present tailored solutions, moving beyond "order taking" to active "problem-solving."
Daily Drills: Participate in daily sales scrums, role-play scenarios, and feedback sessions to sharpen your pitch.
Database Integrity: Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions within our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
Exceed Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs for call volume, discovery meetings, and closed deals.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
