Inspecting & Measuring: Examine raw materials, in-process parts, and finished goods using gauges, meters, and calipers.
Reviewing Specs: Compare produced goods against client orders and industry standards.
Reporting: Record inspection results, compile statistical data, and log info into our quality database.
Team Collaboration: Train the production team on quality measures and propose process improvements.
Equipment Maintenance: Monitor equipment for safety and accuracy.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Keen attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Basic math and computer skills to calibrate and measure specifications. Great written and verbal communication skills
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Ability to work effectively in a team. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable standing and walking for long periods (100%) and bending (75%). Note: The work environment is not climate-controlled.
