Reliable Schedule: 1st shift hours.
Competitive Pay: Start at $17.50/hr.

Must comply with a no THC Policy and submit to pre-employment and ongoing/ as needed urine drug tests that include THC screening.
Responsibilities:
- Install high-quality exterior upgrades including windows, doors, gutters, and awnings.
- Work as part of a collaborative team to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
- Represent the team on-site, providing professional service to homeowners in our community.
Skills:
- Team Mentality: You are eager to learn and contribute to the wellbring and growth of the team.
Qualifications:
- Construction Foundation: Ideally, you have a few years of experience in the trades or construction.
- Technical Basics: You must be proficient at reading a tape measure and handling standard hand/power tools.
- Comfort with Heights: Much of our work involves ladders and rooftops; you should feel confident working above the ground.
- Reliability: As a small company, every team member counts. We need people who show up ready to work.
