management and supply chain principles is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular cycle counts and overall inventory control
??? Track SKUs accurately using integrated POS and inventory systems
??? Organize stock and maintain appropriate inventory levels
??? Manage order picking, packing, and shipping processes
??? Utilize RF scanners and perform data entry to update systems
??? Ensure stock maintenance and timely inventory counts
??? Collaborate with the Operations Manager to optimize inventory workflows
??? Tracking stock levels
??? Auditing physical goods
??? Reconciling discrepancies with digital records
??? Stock Tracking & Data Entry: Digitally managing inventory levels, processing
incoming/outgoing shipments, and maintaining accurate databases.
??? Auditing & Cycle Counting: Performing physical stock counts and reconciling
di??erences between actual stock and database reports.
??? Vendor & Supply Management: Evaluating suppliers, negotiating pricing, and
initiating purchase orders when reorder thresholds are met.
??? Replenishment Analysis: Analyzing sales data, evaluating lead times, and predicting
consumer demand to forecast future inventory requirements.
Warehouse Organization: Storing products securely, labeling shelves, and
organizing space for maximum picking and packing e??iciency.
??? Planning and Forecasting: Analyzing historical data and market trends to predict customer
demand and set appropriate inventory goals.
??? Purchasing and Ordering: Sourcing and acquiring the required raw materials or finished
goods from suppliers.
??? Receiving and Storing: Unloading, verifying incoming shipments, and properly organizing
items within your warehouse or stockroom.
Inventory Tracking: Monitoring stock levels and locations in real-time, often using barcodes
or RFID technology.
??? Order Fulfillment & Reporting:
Picking, packing, and shipping products to customers, while analyzing metrics to spot
inefficiencies and prevent stockouts.
Working hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

3+ years of experience in inventory management
