We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to oversee raw material tracking, cycle counts, and stock control within our industrial facility. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy between our physical warehouse stock and our digital inventory management system, handling material receiving logs, and tracking remnant inventory from daily processing.

Responsibilities:
Cycle Counting & Audits: Perform routine physical inventory counts across warehouse storage areas; verify material dimensions, grades, and quantities against database records.
Receiving & Data Entry: Inspect incoming raw material shipments, cross-reference packing slips, and accurately enter stock data, heat numbers, and material certification logs into the company system.
Discrepancy Resolution: Identify, investigate, and report variances between physical stock levels and system records to prevent fulfillment delays.
Remnant & Scrap Management: Monitor and re-catalog usable off-cuts and drop materials generated from daily cutting operations back into available inventory.
Cross-Department Support: Collaborate with sales, order processing, and warehouse personnel to verify stock availability, trace specific material lots, and assist with order staging.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Skills:
Strong basic mathematical skills, with proficiency in linear measurements, fractional conversions, and weight calculations.
High accuracy in numerical data entry and experience working with inventory software or ERP systems.
Familiarity with industrial safety protocols; experience around heavy equipment (forklifts, overhead cranes) is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in an active warehouse setting.
