This position involves a balanced mix of walking the facility floor to perform physical counts and executing administrative or data-entry tasks in the office. Please note: This is strictly an inventory control and auditing role (no shipping or receiving duties required).
Responsibilities:
Cycle Counting & Floor Accountability: Conduct daily physical cycle counts across designated areas. Verify and reconcile actual physical inventory against system records without shipping responsibilities.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with R&D and Finance teams to ensure accurate inventory alignment, audit trails, and material tracking.
Material Handling: Move, organize, and account for physical materials throughout the facility safely and efficiently.
Team Collaboration: Actively participate in daily morning stand-up meetings and communicate inventory discrepancies or updates effectively.
Adaptability: Open to wearing multiple hats and taking on additional inventory-related tasks as operational needs evolve.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using basic computer systems, spreadsheets, or inventory software for accurate data entry and tracking.
Mathematical Skills: Solid foundational math skills for counting, auditing, unit reconciliation, and physical reporting.
Physical Mobility: Ability to walk the facility floor, stand for extended periods, and perform physical inventory tasks throughout the shift.
Interpersonal & Teamwork: Strong team player with a positive attitude, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
