In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering items into our inventory system, maintaining precise digital records, and supporting daily operational workflows. Success requires the ability to maintain strong focus during computer tasks and handle the physical demands of the warehouse floor, including prolonged sitting, repetitive scanning, and repetitive lifting of packages and materials weighing between 25 and 50 pounds.
Responsibilities:
Accurately scan incoming products and materials into the digital inventory database.
Maintain, update, and audit inventory records to ensure high data integrity.
Complete daily administrative and data entry tasks to support core business operations.
Safely lift, handle, sort, organize, and stage inventory boxes for processing and storage.
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies or data entry errors in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient daily workflow and operational success.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Prior experience in data entry, inventory tracking, administrative support, or warehouse cataloging.
Familiarity with inventory management software, digital databases, or barcode scanning systems.
Basic proficiency with spreadsheet programs (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).
Passion for organization, continuous process improvement, and collaborative problem-solving.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical ability to perform repetitive lifting, moving, and carrying of items weighing 25 to 50 pounds throughout the workday.

Ability to maintain focus and consistency while processing high volumes of inventory during prolonged sitting and computer work.
