Inventory/Shipping Associate for family-owned manufacturing facility in Kearneysville, WV
Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
$18/hr
Responsibilities:
-Inventory cycle counting, process customer returns and return to stock.
-Stand-Up Forklift experience
-Proper rotation of products (FIFO).
-Coordinate with marketing for proper stock levels of merchandise.

-Verify quantities, lots, and expiration dates.
-Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, problem solving ability and a positive professional attitude.
-Ensure inventories are controlled, monitored, and logged.
-Reports and responds to Management about unsafe and/or unethical conditions.
-Maintains safe/clean receiving area
-Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments-Accurately pull and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
-Prepare items for shipment, including wrapping and weighing the pallet-Affix shipping labels
-Unpack, examine, and route incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
- Meet shipping deadlines by working required hours and be able to work any required overtime (if approved).
-Accuracy when counting parts, both incoming and outgoing
-Combine like parts into locations.
-Operate a fork truck to lift, move or hoist shipping/receiving materials from the shipping/receiving area to storage or work area.
-Pick parts for production and assist with production pickups and other needs.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
