Working closely with the IT Administrator, you'll help manage the technological backbone of a fast-paced media environment. This is a great opportunity for a tech professional who values variety, growth, and the chance to work with a collaborative team dedicated to excellence.
Responsibilities:
-Providing timely technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
-Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of essential systems.
-Helping manage and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
-Performing routine system updates and upgrades to ensure peak performance and security.
-Collaborating with the IT lead to identify and implement infrastructure improvements.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
-Prior experience in a similar technical support role.
-Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCITP.
Education:
Associate
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Strong knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.
-Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
-Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
-Ability to work in confined spaces for equipment installation or service.
