Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support for Equipment, Software and Network in all field locations as well as supporting technology for retail, donation and operations centers across a 100 Mile Radius. Configure Windows Endpoints and Microsoft 365 accounts and shared workstations, working with Vendors to maintain POS Systems, access points, printers, VOIP phones. Be able to commute to 100 mile radius to troubleshot and train employees on best practices and supporting Network and Equipment in warehouse/retail locations.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Hands-on experience with retail systems, POS, or donation software.
Experience using RMM or endpoint management tools.
Certifications: CompTIA Network+, MD-102, or equivalent.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Two or more years of technical support or helpdesk experience.
