Responsibilities:
- Technical Troubleshooting: Support IT and end users to resolve SAP Security related issues and focuse on SAP role and user administration functions and troubleshooting security related issues
- System Debugging: Utilize standard SAP debugging tools to trace transactions and resolve complex functional errors.
- Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain scripts (VB, CATT/eCATT) to automate repetitive tasks and improve data upload efficiency.
- Production Stability: Provide dedicated support for the live environment, ensuring high availability and minimal disruption to business users.
- Technical Documentation: Create and update detailed technical specifications and user-friendly "how-to" guides for end-users.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Experience: 2-3 years of dedicated SAP Production Support experience (Support environment experience is strictly prioritized over project/consulting implementation).
- Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret ABAP code is essential.
- Debugging: Proven experience using SAP debugging tools to isolate issues.

Qualifications:
- Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages such as VB, CATT/eCATT, or similar automation tools.
- Advanced Excel: Power-user status with Excel, including VBA and complex macro development.
- SAP Enhancements: Familiarity with BAPIs, BADIs, and User Exits to understand how custom logic interacts with standard SAP.
- Education: A Computer Science or related technical degree is strongly preferred.
