We are seeking a detail-oriented eCommerce & ERP Operations Intern to support the day-to-day performance of our digital infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of business operations and technical management, with a primary focus on maintaining the critical integration between our NetSuite ERP architecture and BigCommerce digital storefront. Responsibilities:
System Integration: Monitor and maintain the data flow between the NetSuite ERP and BigCommerce platform to ensure orders, inventory, and customer data are synchronized.
Site Maintenance: Support daily web operations to ensure the storefront is performing optimally and technical elements align with active marketing campaigns.
Cross-Functional Support: Act as a technical bridge between IT, Marketing, Accounting, and Warehouse teams to troubleshoot system issues and improve internal workflows.
Project Execution: Assist in the accurate and timely deployment of website updates, promotional launches, and technical architecture enhancements.
Operational Reporting: Help track system performance and identify opportunities to streamline downstream processes for internal stakeholders.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Platform Experience: Direct experience or familiarity with NetSuite or BigCommerce (or similar ERP/eCommerce platforms).
Data Management: Basic knowledge of Excel for data auditing or familiarity with API concepts.
Interest in Retail/Supply Chain: An understanding of how products move from an online click to a warehouse shipment.

Technical Aptitude: Strong foundational understanding of how web platforms and backend databases interact.
Analytical Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical "hiccups" and find the root cause of data discrepancies between systems.
Communication: Proficiency in translating technical concepts for non-technical departments (e.g., explaining a system update to the Customer Service team).
Detail Orientation: High level of accuracy in data entry and system configuration.
Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks across different departments while meeting strict deadlines.
