Responsibilities:
Operating System Management: Perform clean installations, upgrades, and migrations across multiple Windows versions, including Windows XP, 7, 10, and 11.
Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users, including driver updates and component replacement.
Dell System Restoration: Serve as the subject matter expert for Dell products, specifically utilizing the Dell OS Recovery II tool for re-imaging and data recovery.
Security & Maintenance: Implement cybersecurity best practices, manage user accounts, and ensure antivirus software is functional and updated.
Inventory & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory, system configurations, and software licenses.
Project Collaboration: Work within a project-based team to meet specific goals, providing regular progress updates to the project lead.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

OS Proficiency: Proven experience configuring Windows XP, 7, 10, and 11 on both desktops and laptops.
Hardware Expertise: Strong hands-on knowledge of Dell hardware, including troubleshooting and component-level repairs.
Tool Mastery: Mandatory, extensive experience with the Dell OS Recovery II tool.
