Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Document deployments, inventory updates, and troubleshooting resolutions.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when interacting with employees.
Education: High School
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- IT-related education or certifications are a plus.
Experience: 12 months
- Experience with computer setup, deployment, or technical support preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Experience with Windows-based computers is preferred.
Physical:
- Ability to handle and move laptops, desktop computers, and related equipment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift equipment as required.
- Must be able to safely perform the physical tasks associated with workstation and equipment deployment.
