Schedule: Day shift Monday to Saturday 6:00am to 4:00pm.
Flexibility: Candidates must have the availability to work earlier, later, and on weekends as directed or needed to support operations.

Responsibilities:
- Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hallways, stairs, bathrooms, and supervisor office spaces.
- Regularly emptying trash and garbage containers to keep the facility clean and orderly.
- Maintaining the building by performing minor maintenance activities under the guidance of your supervisor.
- Replacing air conditioner filters when directed.
- Clearing debris from all door entrances to guarantee safe passage for everyone.
- Informing supervisors of any building misuse or misconduct , and notifying management regarding major repair or addition needs for lighting, heating, and ventilation equipment.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

- Interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork, positive communication, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent time management, show up reliably and on time, take safety and security procedures seriously, and maintain a respectful, professional attitude under pressure.
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed but straightforward written or oral instructions, and handle standard workplace problems.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED; OR 1 to 3 months of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and write simple instructions or correspondence, and effectively present information in one-on-one or small group settings.
- Ability to perform basic math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) using standard units of US money, weight, volume, and distance.
- Must be able to pass a national background check and drug screening.

Physical demands & work environment:

- This is an active role. You will regularly stand, walk, and use your hands to handle or feel objects. You will frequently reach with hands and arms , and occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Regularly lifting/moving up to 10 pounds, frequently lifting/moving up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
- Close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus are required.
- The job is performed in a manufacturing environment with a moderate noise level. You may be occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, as well as extreme heat or cold.
