We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Entry-Level Electronic Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will work in a hands-on environment assembling electronic equipment using basic hand tools and simple diagrams. No prior electronics experience is required-we are willing to train candidates who have strong mechanical aptitude, great attention to detail, and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities:
Build & Assemble: Assemble electrical components, subassemblies, and support structures using manual tools, power tools, and standard fasteners (screws, bolts, rivets).
Follow Instructions: Read and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, bills of materials, and step-by-step written work procedures.
Soldering & Hardware: Perform entry-level soldering tasks and operate simple hardware equipment following initial training.
Quality & Inspection: Inspect your work for defects, verify part accuracy, and sign off on completion documentation in compliance with ISO quality standards.
Documentation & Packing: Tag components, log any defect reports, and pack finished products securely for shipment.
Maintain Workplace: Keep work benches organized, adhere to all safety guidelines, and wear required protective gear at all times.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or mechanical work (hobbies included).
Familiarity with basic blueprint reading or electronic schematics.
Basic soldering experience or exposure to a manufacturing environment

Manual Dexterity: Comfort working with your hands and using basic hand tools (screwdrivers, drill guns, pliers).
Instruction Following: Ability to read, comprehend, and closely follow written or visual work instructions.
Detail Focus: Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and double-checking work for defects.
Basic Math & Computer Navigation: Ability to perform basic counting, standard measurement, and basic computer data entry.
Work Ethic & Reliability: Strong commitment to punctual attendance and a safety-first mindset.
Physical Capability: Ability to alternate between sitting/standing for up to 2 hours at a time, lift/carry up to 35 lbs, and push/pull carts up to 15 lbs of force.
