Responsibilities:
Assembly and Kitting, Quality Assurance, Order fulfillment, Workflow management, Equipment Operations and Safety Compliance
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Assembly & Kitting: Accurately assemble custom hardware kits by counting and sorting various fasteners (bolts, nuts, washers, etc.) according to work orders, blueprints, or pack lists.
Quality Assurance: Inspect all components for defects, correct sizing, and quantity before final packaging to ensure 100% order accuracy.
Order Fulfillment: Utilize warehouse management software or manual pick lists to retrieve necessary materials from inventory.
Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and OSHA standards, ensuring a hazard-free work environment
Inventory Control: Assist with periodic inventory counts and notify the warehouse supervisor of any stock discrepancies or low-inventory items.

Qualifications:
Experience: 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing environment preferred. Attention to Detail: Proven ability to handle small parts with high precision and accuracy. Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and packing instructions. Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems is a plus. Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
