Responsibilities:
Read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOM) and print drawings for the proper completion of kits, sending units, wire harnesses, and hose cutting.
Pack a wide variety of products and materials by hand (including boxes, hoses, wires, washers, rivets, and crimp connectors).
Log into tracking software for accurate time tracking (setup, run, breaks, rework, Q.C., training) and job quantity recording.
Collaborate closely with warehouse supervisors, inventory teams, and shipping to ensure efficient operations and timely order fulfillment.
Work in tandem with peers on Quality Control (QC) and timing of jobs.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet critical deadlines.
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Frequent standing, bending, and walking on various surface types.
Fine dexterity and manipulation (e.g., handling small springs, plastic washers, rivets, crimp connectors).
Requires strong eye-hand coordination and repetitive motion with hands.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Prior Warehouse, Assembly, Production employment history.
Familiarity with small parts assembly, automotive hardware, and wiring harnesses is highly preferred.
Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs.
