Responsibilities:
As a Kitchen Worker, you are the backbone of the culinary team, ensuring that our kitchen facilities and dinnerware stay sparkling clean. You will handle everything from operating automatic dishwashing equipment to maintaining a safe, organized, and sanitary workspace. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys staying active in a fast-paced setting.
-Receive and sort soiled dinnerware, flatware, and glassware for cleaning.
-Operate and maintain dishwashing machines efficiently.
-Stack and organize clean items for future use by the culinary team.
-Maintain kitchen hygiene by sweeping, mopping, and cleaning equipment, tables, and trash areas.
-Ensure the loading dock and trash compactor areas remain clean and orderly.
Working hours: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
-High school diploma or equivalent combination of experience.
-Prior experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting.
-Working knowledge of kitchen equipment and proper chemical usage
Education:

Qualifications:
-Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
-Capacity to function well under pressure and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
-Commitment to professional appearance, demeanor, and excellent customer service.
