As a Landscape Laborer you will perform day-to-day groundskeeping, lawn care, plant maintenance, and landscape installation tasks. You will work outdoors as part of a crew under the direction of a Crew Leader to safely and efficiently execute routine maintenance and property enhancements.

-Lawn Care & Maintenance: Mow, edge, weed-eat, and blow off lawn areas using commercial-grade equipment.
-Garden & Plant Care: Weed garden beds, plant trees, shrubs, and seasonal flowers, spread mulch and topsoil, and prune shrubs/small trees.
-Property Upkeep: Rake leaves, collect and dispose of green waste/trash, and perform seasonal cleanups (fall/spring).
-Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand tools and power equipment, including mowers, string trimmers, hedge clippers, and blowers.
Basic Hardscaping Support: Assist with laying sod, installing pavers, placing gravel, and setting up garden borders or irrigation lines.
Safety & Care: Follow all safety guidelines, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and ensure tools and vehicles are properly maintained and stored.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Qualifications:
-Experience: Prior experience in landscaping or lawn care preferred, but on-the-job training is provided for motivated candidates.
-Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently, walk long distances, bend, stoop, and perform hard physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cool weather).
-Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
-Driver's License: Valid driver???s license and clean driving record preferred (required if driving company trucks/trailers).
