Spherion Fargo is seeking a skilled Lead Concrete Finisher for a seasonal position running from spring through fall. This role is vital for maintaining "The Peak of Concrete" standards, focusing on high-quality finishing and project execution.
Pay: $30-36/hour DOE
Schedule: Typically ranges from 45 - 55 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
-Execute expert finishing techniques including bull-floating, power troweling, brooming, and shooting grade
-Perform screeding off of sand, setting sumps or floor drains, and finishing flat floors
-Manage the cutting of control joints, application of zip strips, and the sealing or curing of slabs
-Assist with footings, foundations, and any other duties required to successfully complete a concrete project
-Maintain responsibility for the overall quality of the slab and ensure all equipment and tools used are cleaned daily

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 1 year of concrete finishing experience and thorough knowledge of finishing techniques
-Professionalism: Maintain a drug and alcohol-free status while on the job site and utilize the electronic timecard system daily
-Must possess reliable transportation and the ability to arrive on-site by the scheduled start time
-Must provide your own hammer, tape measure, nail apron, steel-toed boots, and rubber overshoes.
