Responsibilities:
*Execute System Change-outs & Installs: Lead residential HVAC change-outs, equipment replacements, and new construction installation projects from layout to final startup.
*Maintain Quality Control: Ensure every job adheres to strict safety guidelines, local building codes, and our company's top-tier workmanship standards.
*Perform Diagnostic & Repair Work: Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems as needed during change-outs or complex setups.
*Lead & Mentor: Guide apprentices and helper technicians on-site, fostering a collaborative, team-first environment.
*Deliver 5-Star Customer Service: Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners, leaving job sites cleaner than you found them to protect our high Google rating.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
