Responsibilities:
Advanced Diagnostics: Solve complex PLC faults (Siemens) and perform deep-dive troubleshooting within HMI systems.
System Optimization: Adjust sensors for precision readings, address VFD faults, and manage parameter adjustments.
Maintenance Leadership: Perform major overhauls and preventative maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Technical Support: Use Ignition Data Visualization software to monitor systems and address industrial HVAC/plumbing needs as required.
Fabrication: Perform MIG welding to industry standards and utilize rigging equipment/scissor lifts for heavy repairs.
Documentation: Create and maintain user guides for equipment maintenance and train junior technicians and engineering teams.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Education: An Associate's degree or technical certification in an applicable engineering or mechatronics field.
Software: Proficiency with Ignition Data Visualization software.
Analytical Skills: Strong root-cause analysis skills and the ability to interpret complex engineering schematics.

Qualifications:
Experience: Direct experience in a manufacturing environment performing maintenance on automated equipment.
Technical Expertise: Proven ability to diagnose and solve Siemens PLC faults and work with HMI/VFD systems.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a heavy industrial environment.
MIG welding and industrial plumbing or HVAC experience.
