Spherion is seeking a qualified Lead Operator to join the team. We are looking for an experienced individual to oversee machinery setup and operations within the bending department, specifically supporting header and manifold applications.

Perform complete machinery setup and operation for header and manifold applications within the bending department.

Lead, guide, and support department personnel to ensure daily production targets and quality standards are met.
Inspect work for precision, adherence to specifications, and compliance with quality control guidelines.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with routine setup adjustments and maintenance.
Maintain safety protocols and foster a safe, productive work environment.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Blueprint reading, measurement, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Prior experience in machine setup or team leadership in a manufacturing/fabrication environment.
Hands-on expertise in tube bending, header, or manifold setup operations.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
