Responsibilities:
- Participate in the stand-up and stabilization of payroll on the ADP platform, including parallel payrolls for go-live.
- Lead, motivate, and evaluate the day-to-day performance of payroll at US & global locations, ensuring adherence to all HR process provisions.
- Act as a liaison between COE, HR Services, and Payroll Teams to continuously identify process improvement opportunities.
- Assist with escalations as needed, put mitigation plans in place, and proactively communicate any concerns to the HR leadership team.
- Create operational efficiencies by using internal systems to streamline processes and eliminate manual work.
- Lead root cause analysis work when issues arise within payroll.
- Create, maintain, and audit data reports for employees, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
- Act as the single point of contact for our payroll vendor(s) and internal payroll and T&A specialists.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
- Bachelor???s degree and a long-term interest in a Human Resources career.
- 3???5 years of experience working with HR and payroll systems (Workday, ADP, and Kronos preferred).
- Understanding of core HR functions and practices.
- Eager to work in an international environment.
