Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide traditional legal assistant support to a team of up to five attorneys. While many of our attorneys are self-sufficient with their own time entry, you'll be the go-to resource for those who need higher-level administrative partnership. Your day-to-day will involve handling complex litigation documents and ensuring all court filings are executed with precision.
You'll gain exposure to high-level cases involving the purchase and sale of insurance agencies, bankruptcy proceedings, and commercial litigation for banks and manufacturers. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a 5:1 support ratio and wants to be an integral part of a collaborative legal team.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Diverse Practice Knowledge: Familiarity with bankruptcy or financial services law.
Self-Management: Experience working with self-sufficient, high-performing partners.

Litigation Expertise: Proven experience in the litigation lifecycle.
Court Filing: Mastery of electronic and traditional court filing procedures.
