We are hiring entry-level Light Assembly Associates to join a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility in Waseca, MN. In this role, you will support light assembly, production packing, and sub-assembly operations across multiple product lines. Comprehensive, hands-on training is provided for all workstations.
Available Schedules
Option 1 (4-Day Workweek): Monday - Thursday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Enjoy 3-day weekends!)
Option 2 (5-Day Workweek): Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Assemble small components, and parts according to safety and quality specifications.
- Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Perform basic finishing tasks, such as hole punching, applying decals accurately to tubing, and trimming.
- Fold, package, box, and palletize finished products for shipment.
- Operate light machinery, fixtures, and hand tools safely.
- Perform visual quality checks to identify, flag, and sort defective materials.
- Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient workstation.
Working hours: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Previous experience in small-parts assembly, manufacturing, or packaging but not required
Education:
High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift light materials throughout the scheduled shift.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Must pass a standard pre-employment background check and drug screen.
